Purpose

Baby Bloom is a mobile app designed to help parents track their baby's daily routines, growth, and developmental milestones.

Our goal is to provide parents with simple, intuitive tools to log feedings, sleep, diaper changes, and more — all in one place, so you can focus on what really matters: enjoying every moment with your baby.

The app offers a freemium model: 6 core features are completely free. Premium features can be unlocked via in-app purchase. All data is securely stored and synchronized across devices.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern the use of the Baby Bloom mobile application and website. By accessing or using Baby Bloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using Baby Bloom. Specific features may include additional terms, which will be incorporated into these Terms.

By using Baby Bloom, you fully accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Baby Bloom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any healthcare provider or medical institution. The app is designed for informational and tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

We are not responsible for server instability or issues with third-party services (such as Apple or Google) that may affect app functionality.

For security reasons, we recommend that you use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication on your account. Baby Bloom is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree with any of these rules, you must immediately stop using the app. If you have questions, please contact our support team.

Responsibilities of the Parties

Baby Bloom is intended for personal, non-commercial use by parents and caregivers to track baby-related information.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

You must provide a valid email address, as all important communications will be sent there. Communications sent to that email address will be considered received and read.

Your username must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain inappropriate content.

After registration, you will have a personal login and password to access your Baby Bloom account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You may maintain only one free account. Multiple accounts are not permitted unless you have a Premium subscription that allows additional profiles.

Baby Bloom is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from account deletion, cancellation, or technical issues beyond our control. We recommend regularly exporting your data if needed.

Your login credentials are for your exclusive use and must not be shared with third parties. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Baby Bloom is not responsible for the accuracy of information entered by users. Users are solely responsible for the content they input.

After payment confirmation for Premium features, access will be granted immediately. Premium features are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Within the app, you can track the progress of your baby's development and access your complete history.

Refunds will only be considered in accordance with app store policies (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you notice any suspicious or unexpected activity in your account, you must immediately notify us at support@babybloom.app.

You may not assign, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your Baby Bloom account to any third party.

Users who violate these Terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Cancellation will be processed after verification that there are no outstanding issues.

Account Maintenance / Conditions of Use

Creating and maintaining a Baby Bloom account is free for basic features.

Premium features require payment through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their terms apply.

If a user remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to archive or delete the account data after providing notice, in accordance with our data retention policy.

Privacy Policy

All personal data provided by users during registration or subsequently collected will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may share personal data only when required by law, by court order, or with your explicit consent.

Baby Bloom uses encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Copyright

All content, design, code, and functionality of the Baby Bloom app and website are the exclusive property of Baby Bloom and are protected by international copyright laws.

Any reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or exploitation of Baby Bloom content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Baby Bloom may contain links to external websites or services that we do not operate. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

You acknowledge that Baby Bloom is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of any third-party websites or services.

Final Provisions

These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Baby Bloom.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the app or on our website. Your continued use of Baby Bloom after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Campinas/SP, Brazil.
